Manatee Area Youth Soccer Organization

COVID-19 Compliant

In response to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, MAYSO will be adhering to the following guidelines in order to return to the field safely. This plan takes into account recommendations from state and local government entities, US Soccer, FYSA guidelines, area club best practices, as well as CDC phasing guidelines.

Certainly, everyone will be excited to be together again and train, however, it is imperative that all coaches, players, and families adhere to these guidelines.

These MAYSO Return to play (RTP) guidelines address many critical details that must be followed by all players, parents, coaches, staff, and guests to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved with our club and community. MAYSO will communicate the official transition to any changes to these guidelines at the appropriate time.

We are all in this together and need everyone’s commitment to follow these club mandates. As a member of our MAYSO family, it is your responsibility to adhere to these policies.

The progression through this action plan will be determined by MAYSO Admin by evaluating all current data available and based on the recommendations from FYSA, CDC, state of Florida government officials, local government officials, and in consultation with health professionals.

** NOTE ** These guidelines are based off the recommendations from FYSA, CDC, state of Florida government officials, local government officials, and in consultation with health professionals. The implementation of and the content of these stages can and will be adjusted as needed based on the latest information available regarding the health and safety of our community.
